Pakistani Life Style

Pakistanis are modern as far as lifestyle is concerned. Everyone has become a global village and the Internet has made everything accessible, the Pakistani people try to copy the lifestyle of Indian or Western. Being a Muslim state, Pakistani Muslims too must be their way of life. But the situation is quite opposite. Like all other companies in the world, there are three sections in which the entire society is divided.

1 - upper class 2 - Average 3 - lower class

If you look at the lifestyle of the upper class which is obviously the rich, they are purely by their Western look. They take everything from the west. Whether it's education, clothing, architecture, food, language, behavior or anything else is concerned. They try to hide their identity to be Pakistanis and feel proud to be Western and modern.

There is another category of people we call the middle class. They are the most pitiful of the company. They spend their entire lives in a struggle. Struggle to enter the upper class, struggle to prevent the lower classes of society. In Pakistan, it is the joint family system is the most popular system in the East. Shalwar kameez dress is very common to people in this class. These people are neither modern nor conservative in their thinking or lifestyle, but moderate. They are the most diligent and faithful to their country too. They speak Urdu. But the impact of Indian culture is strong in this class. They follow certain rituals of Indian society.

Lower class: People belonging to this class of living a very hard and difficult. They can not earn enough to feed themselves. They have little sense of education, religion or moral values. Their first and last goal is to make a living by any means a hook or by crook. They are the majority. They eat food that is wasted by others. They wear clothes worn by others. They speak the local languages of Pakistan. They do not know Urdu. They do not know what is happening in the world. The most painful is that the government does not do much to improve their lives.

Would You Change Your Life Style Rather Than Die?

Would you believe that your lifestyle can make you get cancer? Eighteen years before I was a cancer, I believed what modern medicine said about cancer. At this point, I said it was genetic, that their ancestors have transmitted the disease to you. I believed what they said they were scientists with all the answers. So I had a prostate cancer and of course running on the side of men in my family. Fortunately I made a very wise decision. Naturopathic Medicine Thompsonian I decided to use to cure my cancer. This meant that it would not use modern medicine, which would use the unique natural healing techniques.

The naturopathic doctor, I worked to say "yes there was a genetic predisposition to prostate cancer." From what he gave me a small review of how cancer begins. We all have genetic weaknesses of the weak than others. The organs of your body as a string. Then we see that the chain has withdrawn its way of life. If your lifestyle is quite poor, as is the weakest link, and others will also be affected.

Well, I discovered that the mine is found to be deficient in the prostate, lungs, lower back, right hip, right knee and liver. These are my main weak genetic links. Looking back at the years before the cancer, it is the areas that have been achieved. My lungs were still giving me problems, I had consistently lower back pain, my right hip and knee are a problem, and I had a lot of pain between the shoulder blades (a symptom of the gallbladder, liver). The naturopath told me that if I changed my lifestyle is that these problems will disappear with cancer. I still can not believe that my life had anything to do with cancer. Here's why. I lived the typical American life. I have been moderate in my habits. I never did anything to excess. I ate white bread, sugar used in moderation, drink coffee once a day, and ate meat. I ate what I thought were many fruits and vegetables and vitamin supplements that I took. I ate fast food maybe once or twice a week. I was in very good physical condition. At that time I had a second degree black belt in karate and practiced every day. I was on any medications and had never suffered from a serious illness. In fact, I was above average in my health habits. However, I trusted naturopath and I decided to do exactly what he said does not cure cancer. The doctor then told me what to do, "should stop doing what you do with your diet and lifestyle and do the exact opposite." So I stopped eating meat and vegetables , stopped eating refined white bread and eat 100 percent whole wheat, I stopped eating white rice and brown, etc. I ate something that had never done, I cleanse and detoxify, and when I did I stopped eating solid foods and juices with herbs I fasted. I extended to other areas of my life. I looked at my life and started going in the opposite direction. I stopped working for money and began working in a career she loved to live. Avoid or broken relationships with people and negative situations. I established a relationship with God. Well, to my surprise, the cancer is gone and so has other problems, such as the naturopath said they would. I have never seen the old way of life and I am happy and healthier than I was in my life and I did not take a breath in patients eighteen years. Look at your life, which is ready to change his life for his bad habits? Are you so loyal to junk food, I would die rather than change? Since I became a Naturopath Thompsonian I saw people die rather than change their lifestyle. Think about it, be honorable to die rather than surrender, but choose one because of the honor of his death. I recommend you go to the health section of my site and read the nutrition and health and the process of digestion. Then go to the Programs section and reading where to start cleaning and detoxification to learn the importance of alkalizing and cleansing and detoxifying your body. Also, go to section and read the complete truth about vitamins.
