Deadly Life Style

If you think that HIV / AIDS is the biggest murderer in the world, then think again. According to the latest version of the World Health Organization to more people die of chronic non-communicable diseases such as HIV / AIDS. Three in five people die from chronic diseases. Chronic diseases, infectious diseases including those not caused by unhealthy lifestyles. Over time, turn to genetic conditions. Heart disease and diabetes, is manifested in families for generations have adopted unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle.
 
WHO also believes that all diseases related to sedentary lifestyle can be reversed out. India and China have the advantage of a long tradition of treating the mind and body alike.
